Terms and Conditions

  • Reservation: A 50% or a minimum of ₱5,000 payment is required to confirm the reservation. Mode of payments are:
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. Screenshot must be uploaded through the provided account.
  • No pencil bookings. Reservations must be made at least 3 days before your stay. A non-refundable reservation fee confirms your booking and will be deducted from the total rental cost.
  • Extra charges apply for extended stay.
  • A security deposit of ₱2,500 must be paid upon check-in. It covers damages, missing items, violations, or excessive cleaning. Fully refundable after inspection if no issues are found.
  • Venue use includes all amenities such as the pool, two AC bedrooms, comfort rooms, videoke, gaming console, kitchenware, appliances, etc.
  • Pets are allowed, but not on the 2nd floor or on beds. Owners are responsible for them.
  • Room Capacity: Maximum of 16 guests for sleeping; excess guests may be denied entry if not pre-approved.
  • A caretaker may stay on-site to assist but is not a personal helper.
  • Catering has no corkage, but caterers must follow resort rules. No dishwashing, and ensure cleanliness.

Strict Observance of Safety & Hygiene

  • Guests must shower before entering the pool and wear proper swimwear; denim and regular clothing are not allowed in the water.
  • Running, pushing, diving, and rough play are strictly prohibited in and around the pool for safety.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times when swimming to ensure their safety.
  • Swimming while intoxicated or with open wounds or skin infections is strictly prohibited for health and safety.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in or near the pool, except in designated areas set by the resort.
  • Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas—not inside rooms, near the pool, or on the second floor.
  • Excessive mess or dirt beyond normal use will incur a cleaning fee at ₱1,000, depending on the level of cleanup needed.
  • Confetti, glitter, poppers, and similar materials are banned unless written approval is granted; added fees may apply.
  • Guests are expected to conserve energy and water by turning off unused lights, appliances, and faucets.

Strict Observance Security Precaution

  • The client is fully responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests and must ensure compliance with all resort policies.
  • Any damage to lost items, or violations may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if they exceed the deposit amount.
  • Guests must report any damage or incidents to the on-site caretaker immediately for proper documentation and response.
  • The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages due to negligence, acts of nature that occur during the stay.
  • Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the resort will not be held liable for loss or theft.
  • Decorations must not damage resort property; adhesives, pins, or nails on walls and ceilings are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring cooking equipment such as butane stoves or propane tanks; the resort's kitchen is fully equipped for use.
  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests park at their own risk without liability on the part of the resort.

Strict Observance of Noise in the Area

  • Quiet time begins at 9:00 PM; all videoke, speakers, and amplified sound must be turned off by then.
  • After 9:00 PM, guests may still use the pool but must do so quietly, avoiding loud voices or disturbances.
  • Booming bass or "dagundong" and excessive noise is strictly not allowed at any time to prevent disturbance to nearby residences.
  • Bringing of personal sound systems such as bluetooth speaker, partybox and karaoke machines are not allowed.
  • Professional sound systems used in event are not allowed after quiet hours; only 2-3 small speakers (max 4 ft) are permitted to bring.
  • A ₱2,000 corkage fee applies for bringing lighting and sound equipment, which may be used for a maximum of 3 hours, ending at 9 PM.

Breakages and Mishandling of Property

  • Guests will be charged for any damage, loss, or misuse of resort property including furniture, equipment, and decor.
  • Decorations causing stains, tape marks, or wall damage will incur a minimum ₱500 damage charge.
  • Any damage found during checkout will be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly if necessary.
  • Destruction of plants, trees, or landscaping is prohibited and may result in extra charges for restoration or replacement.
  • All appliances, kitchenware, and furniture must be used properly and left clean after use.

House Rules & Guest Duties

  • Guests must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout their stay to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
  • Bring your own toiletries, towels, utensils, floaters, and other personal items, as these are not provided by the resort.
  • Eating and drinking inside the bedrooms are not allowed to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • All guests must clean up after themselves and avoid creating clutter or unnecessary mess during events or overnight stays.
  • Decorations must be pre-approved, securely placed, and removed after the event; guests will be billed for any damage caused.
  • The caretaker is there to assist with resort operations only and should not be asked to perform personal chores.
  • Guests must protect their personal belongings and valuables, as the resort does not offer safekeeping and is not liable for loss or theft.
